Returns and Refunds Policy

At Ruff N Tuff Apparel, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are not completely happy with your order, please review our returns and refunds policy below.

1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
  • The return request must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the item.
  • Custom-made or personalized items (e.g., custom trucker caps, footy shorts, and fishing shirts) are non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged.

2. Refunds

Refunds are available in the following cases:

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
  • Tolerances- all Products including custom manufactured items can have a sizing tolerance in measurements of 1-2cm. 
  • Incorrect Orders: If you receive an incorrect item, we will replace it or issue a refund.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method (e.g., Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, etc.) within 5-7 business days after the return is approved and received.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Custom-made or personalised products unless they are defective.
  • Items returned after the 30-day return window.
  • Items that have been used, worn, or washed.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at ruffntuffapparel@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return.
  2. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders for custom products can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellations are not possible as production begins promptly.
